“Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching”
– Albert Einstein
Welland Gouldsmith School, in its 153rd year, endeavours to provide quality education and an all-round development of children in its care, and is a safe haven for its “jewels bright and rare”.
The wealth of character and confidence acquired from this school is no mere trifle. The Administrators and staff jointly endeavor in all practicality to amply fulfill the expectations of each and every child entrusted to them.
We teach our children etiquette and discipline and instil in them the knowledge that the greatest, purest and worthiest things in life are beyond all market-value and that the gifts of God (moral values) are not for sale.
We identify not only the ‘eager curiosity’ of the happy learner but also the ‘withdrawn sullenness’ of the uninterested student. With patience, understanding and love, each child blooms.
The school credits itself in that, both in I.C.S.E and I.S.C Board Examinations, there have been cent percent results year after year. Extracurricular activities play an important part in the school’s curriculum, where hidden talents are awakened and confidence moulded.
With God as our guide, we move forward and hope and pray that parents, too, will continue to be co-operative and sensitive to the need of the hour and understand that every child looks for love, guidance and security – Parents build a home, school nurtures and builds character.
